Shipping Fees

All shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details so you can monitor your package.

No Refunds or Returns

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept refunds or returns on any items once purchased. We encourage you to review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Please note that we are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages after they have been marked as "Delivered" by the shipping carrier. If you experience issues with your delivery, we recommend contacting the carrier directly for assistance.

Incorrect or Insufficient Address

Please ensure that the shipping address you enter at checkout is accurate. We cannot be held responsible for delays or lost packages due to an incorrect or insufficient address.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout, we can resend the order once it is received back at our facility. However, the customer will be responsible for covering the additional shipping fees to have the order reshipped.

To avoid delays, please double-check your shipping information before completing your purchase.

Damaged or Malfunctioning

Products If you receive a product that is broken or malfunctioning, we can send a replacement. To qualify, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with proof of the issue (such as photos or videos). After verification, we will arrange a replacement.
